What counts as a chat?
One conversation with one visitor, however many messages it contains. A chat ends after a period without new messages; if the visitor comes back later, that’s a new chat.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, on Pro. Connect your own Gemini, OpenAI or Claude key and usage is billed to your account with that provider. Or keep using ours, which is included on both plans.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Sign up, then request an upgrade from your dashboard. Our team activates Pro on your account and gets in touch about payment. Online payment is coming soon.
Are my documents used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are only used to answer your visitors’ questions. They’re stored for your chatbot and searched when a visitor asks something, nothing else.
