What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and password (stored hashed).
• Content you add: documents, website pages and chatbot settings.
• Conversations: messages visitors send to your chatbot, and any contact details they share.

How we use it

Your documents are only used to answer your visitors’ questions. We don’t sell your data or use your documents to train AI models.

AI providers

To generate answers, relevant parts of your content and the visitor’s message are sent to an AI provider (ours, or the one whose key you connect).

Retention and deletion

You can delete documents, conversations and leads from your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your data.
